Expressions of interest (EOI) are invited for the lease of the Royal Cafe area of the Theatre Royal complex, Market St Balranald. The property consists of the shopfront area, kitchenette and sanitary facility. The first floor area will not form part of this EOI.
EOI must be received by no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 16th July 2021 and include details of the person submitting the EOI, proposed use of the area and proposed term of lease.
