Public Notification of Draft Planning Agreement Between Balranald Shire Council & Iluka Resources Limited
Balranald Shire Council gives public notification that a draft Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) has been prepared between Council and Iluka for the purposes of road maintenance and community monetary contributions as required under State Significant Development Consent SSD-5285.
The draft VPA sets out mechanisms for the timing and delivery of road maintenance and community monetary contributions payable to Balranald Shire Council for delivery of outcomes agreed via the draft VPA.

In accordance with the Community Participation Plan 2019 the notification period is from Wednesday 5th June 2024 to 3rd July 2024.
The VPA was executed on DATE.
