Balranald Shire has made the following plans available for download:
Local councils appointed as Crown Land Managers to manage dedicated or reserved Crown land are required to develop plans of management for the land where it is classified as community land under the Local Government Act 1993.
Balranald Shire have adopted the following Plans of Management:
Council resolved-
“Council’s key role for population retention and growth will be to provide a positive environment for the development of physical, social and community infrastructure within Councils existing resource base in conjunction with the business, government and community sectors.
Council will pro- actively facilitate and advocate on behalf of the community the establishment of sustainable programs, projects and services that enhances the liveability and well-being of its residents and provides for economic and social growth.”
